WINES FOR AUTISM
At all of our fundraising events we feature two ‘wines for autism’ from Grand River Cellars in Madison, Ohio. Austin’s Red and Austin’s Blush are named for a very special young man and display label art created by local individuals with autism as a result of an art contest. The contest is held each season and is open to children and adults who reside in Ohio and have an official diagnosis of autism. The winners receive a cash reward for their artwork and are featured on the wine labels for two years. Austin’s Red is an exquisite dry, red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah. Austin’s Blush is a wonderful semi-sweet blend of Riesling and Merlot.
A portion of the proceeds from these award winning wines benefit NEOAG with the money being used to help fund our grant program to help organizations and schools in our area be the best they can be.
